London Patriots Basketball registered their first win of the year by beating Slough Scorpions 93 to 52 points.
Patriots coach, Slav Nowicki commented “As a coach I want all the players to be comfortable with themselves on the court and this game helped us to shape the team and add fluidity to our movement in zonal defence. We played a very good counter attack and this gained us a large proportion of points”
Patriots Chair, Slav Litwin said after the game: “This was a historic win for a new rebranded club and sets the standard for future performances – I am proud to be involved.” Next game to be announced soon.
